when I interned at duolingo, I was an engineer on the math team building features to help people’s every day math skills. after using the product myself the past few months and understanding how duolingo works, I can confidently say it’s been effective for me! by combining delightful designs, engineering, and math curriculum principles, we’ve been building an engaging product to support every day learning that can apply to real-life problems. before, I’d often get stuck on everyday tasks like calculating tips or get slowed down when trying to half a recipe in baking. now, I’ve noticed less friction in my life with my sharpened math skills thanks to duolingo! #DuolingoCreator #learning @Duolingo
