The service

Tik Ghost lets you view, download and export content that is public on TikTok, for free. It needs no account and works only with public accounts.

Tik Ghost is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

Acceptable use

Use Tik Ghost for personal and lawful purposes, and respect the rights of creators and of the people who appear in their posts. You agree not to:

• Use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights
• Use content from the site to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone
• Scrape the site, or send it automated or bulk requests
• Try to get around the rate limits, the limit of 30 exports a day or the bot check
• Interfere with the site or the systems it runs on

Content belongs to its owners

Videos, photos, sounds, comments and profiles shown on Tik Ghost belong to the people who posted them and to other rights holders, such as the owners of music. Using Tik Ghost gives you no rights to that content.

You are responsible for how you use what you download or export. Ask for permission before you republish someone else's work or use it commercially, and give credit when you share it.

Removal requests and copyright

Account owners can ask us to stop showing their account or a specific post, and rights holders can send copyright notices. Both go to support@tikghost.com, and the contact page explains what to include. We may also block content that breaks the law or these terms.

No warranty

Tik Ghost is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. The site depends on TikTok, which can change or block access at any time, so features may stop working without notice.

We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, or that the data it shows is complete and up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tik Ghost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, that result from using the site or from being unable to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change, limit or stop any feature at any time, including the limits described above. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and if you keep using Tik Ghost after a change, the updated terms apply.
