Questions and bug reports

If something doesn't work, tell us what you tried and what happened. It helps to include:

• The username or link you entered
• What you expected, and what you saw instead, including any error message
• The device and browser you used

Removal requests

If you own a TikTok account, you can ask us to stop showing it, or a specific post, on Tik Ghost. Send us the username and, for single posts, their links.

To confirm the account is yours, we reply with a short code. Add it to your TikTok bio, let us know when it is there, and remove it once we've checked. We then block the account or post from lookups on Tik Ghost.

This affects Tik Ghost only. The content stays on TikTok until you change or delete it there.

Copyright notices

The videos and photos shown on Tik Ghost are hosted by TikTok, not by us. If you believe something shown here infringes your copyright, we can block it from lookups on Tik Ghost, and you can also report it to TikTok.

Your notice should include:

• The work you believe is being infringed
• The address of the page on Tik Ghost where it appears
• Your name and contact details
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner
