But the person who died was Saviay'a Robinson, and Lil Durk is separately charged with stalking Robinson resulting in death. So how do you stalk someone who wasn't even the target? The judge drew an important line. Robinson's death doesn't, by itself, prove the Robinson count. This is why charges have elements. A terrible result is not a substitute for proof of a specific crime. The fact that somebody died tells you what happened. The elements tell you who's legally responsible for it.
