Plan questions
- How do I cancel renewal?
- Cancel renewal in Billing. Once renewal is canceled, access continues until the end of your current paid period.

- Checks and alerts pause when access expires. Your monitor list is retained for 30 days, then deleted unless access is restored or you remove it sooner.
